Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it within **7 days** of delivery, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item, you can do so within **7 days** of delivery, under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are only available for items of equal or lesser value. You can choose to exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at **celeboww@gmail.com** with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
3. Return Process
To return your item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at **celeboww@gmail.com** with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within **5–7 business days**.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

- Items that have been used or worn (except for items with defects)
- Custom or personalized products unless defective
7. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
