Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at celeboww@gmail.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence if the item is damaged or defective

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back without confirmation.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item was shipped free, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange inquiries, contact celeboww@gmail.com.

6. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
